Situated on a working farm a few miles from the coastal village of Stamford, near Embleton, the Steward"s House has been finished to a very high standard with contemporary fixtures and fittings combined with pretty country furnishings. The property backs onto cattle sheds where the farmer will be feeding once a day with a tractor from November to May and there will be activity during harvest in the Summer. There may also be calving in the sheds in the spring. This is not a dairy farm so no early wakeups but the opportunity to see the goings on of a working livestock farm have always been a great attraction to this very comfortable property.There is a specially built wall to the rear thereby enclosing the back area from the farm yard. Across the road there is a large orchard (approx. 1/3 acre) with picnic tables and there is dedicated parking for up to 4 cars in the adjacent cart shed. There are two pubs nearby the nearest being about 3/4 mile.
