At nearby Ingram, the National Park Visitor centre offers guided walks and outdoor nature based activities throughout the National Park, England"s most unspoilt. The Heritage coast is a half hours drive away through quiet country lanes and there are National Trust properties and the famous Alnwick gardens also a short drive from the cottage.
