This very attractive cottage is in a pretty and secluded setting. Tucked away in the heart of the village, just a few metres from the grassy bank of the River Coquet, where one can picnic. Topiary Cottage is furnished and equipped to very high standards, making your stay enjoyable and cosy whatever time of year, and makes an ideal base in this central location on the Northumbrian coast. Warkworth boasts its own historic castle and 14th century Hermiage. The village has an envious amount of public houses, restaurants and gift shops. Other attractions to the area are the famous Alnwick Gardens, Holy Island, Lindisfarne and Hadrians Wall.

Ground floor: Sitting room with living flame electric stove, tiled floor, TV/DVD. Radio. Kitchen/dining room with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer.

Upstairs: Bedroom 1 - 1 double bed. TV/Freeview. Bedroom 2 - 1 single day bed. Z bed, could be used in either room. TV. Shower room with whb, WC.

Small enclosed courtyard with furniture. Parking near the cottage. All power, linen and towels included in rent. Owners can provide wines and flowers etc. for that special occasion by prior arrangement.
