{"id":36,"date":"2022-04-09T16:43:24","date_gmt":"2022-04-09T15:43:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nccc.cottage-search.com\/blog\/?p=36"},"modified":"2022-11-09T16:43:51","modified_gmt":"2022-11-09T16:43:51","slug":"homes-for-nhs-support","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.northumbria-cottages.co.uk\/blog\/homes-for-nhs-support\/","title":{"rendered":"Homes for NHS Support"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dream Cottages are proud to support the Homes For NHS initiative by providing accommodation for NHS staff during the COVID-19 pandemic, particularly in rural communities at a time when they are most needed.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-38586\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dream-cottages.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2021\/04\/Homes-For-NHS-Banner.jpg\" alt=\"Homes For NHS\" width=\"940\" height=\"290\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We are working together with thousands of our property owners as to help the NHS fight against Coronavirus, and we\u2019ve been humbled by their support in these uncertain times.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nhshomes.co.uk\/\">NHS Homes<\/a>, the scheme launched by the short-term rental sector to initially offer free accommodation and amenities to NHS key workers in London, has rapidly expanded its capacity and geographical reach thanks to several new members joining.<\/p>\n<p>Our partnership with the UK Short Term Accommodation Association (STAA) will help to connect NHS key workers with properties across the UK. The accommodation will be provided for free with small contributions requested by property owners to help cover weekly cleaning, fresh linens &amp; utilities.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>We would like to thank all of our owners who have given us their initial support for this scheme.
