“We had a power cuts first night, went to go in to the hot tub Monday pm to find it freezing, went and spoke to receptionist on Tuesday morning to find out that the hot tubs had been turned off over the weekend.”
The whole point of booking the cabin was for the hot tub and it was one of the main things we couldn't use.

Elizabeth we are so sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience. I believe the only issue was the lack of power to the hot tub. This was turned off as a precautionary measure, not just our lodge but the whole of the park, whilst the electricians attempted to find and rectify the fault. This was unfortunately out of our control and was a fault with the park's electricity supply which has now been fully rectified by the installation of a brand new generator. Going forward there will be no further issues with the park's power supply meaning that everyone who stays at the park will be able to enjoy the use of the hot tub.
We once again apologize for this unfortunate situation and we did come to visit you on the Saturday morning and ensured that the park staff kept you updated throughout your stay.

The delightful village of Felton is set in rural Northumberland, between Morpeth to the south and Alnwick to the north. The village has a shop with a post office, coffee shop, pub and restaurant, and is just 10 miles from Alnwick, with its Castle and now famous Garden, which features Europe's largest cascading water feature, an enormous tree house, a rose garden and an ornamental walled garden. The castle is also famous as the setting for Hogwarts School featured in the "Harry Potter" films! Alnwick offers a good selection of shops, pubs and places to eat and there is plenty to see and do, with miles of golden sandy beaches, numerous castles and boat trips to the famous Farne Islands all available nearby. Altogether a superb location for exploring Northumberland and its stunning Heritage Coastline.
