The property

Situated on a quiet estate in the centre of Seahouses, within the Northumberand Coast AONB, is this lovely detached property, 3 Kings Field. Offering distant sea views and located a stone's throw from the attractions and amenities of Seahouses, 3 Kings Field is an ideal base for a family or group of friends wanting to explore the wonderful Northumberland coastline. Enter the property and hang up your coats in the entrance hall, before moving into the living/dining room, neutrally styled and with a large bay window and a choice of red leather sofas and armchair to relax onto as you enjoy watching the Freeview TV, plus a dining room with seating for six, where you can enjoy family meals together, while the patio door slides open onto the enclosed garden. The kitchen makes great use of space and is fully equipped with all the appliances you could need to cook up fantastic meals, with a utility room containing a washing machine, should you need to clean any sandy clothes after a day at the beach. There is a convenient cloakroom with basin and WC, while upstairs is the main bathroom with a bath, where you can enjoy a relaxing soak after a long day of exploring the coast. There are four bedrooms upstairs, including the master bedroom with a king-size bed, which has a TV and an en-suite shower room, along with a further king-size bed and a single sized bedroom with a double bed which only has access from one side and is better for one guest, as well as a set of bunk beds, ideal for a younger guest. Outside is a lawn at the front with bench seating, while at the rear, you'll find an enclosed patio and lawn with a raised patio area with table and chairs, a lovely spot for enjoying an alfresco dinner when the weather is nice. You are a short walk from a vast range of shops, pubs, takeaways and restaurants in the centre of Seahouses, as well as a golf course, charming harbour and miles of sandy beaches to discover. Hop on a boat to Farne Islands, a nature reserve with bird sanctuary and seal colony that's not to be missed. Just a few miles away is Bamburgh, with its Grade I listed castle, overlooking the sea, a lighthouse that has stood for over 100 years and its idyllic beach, backed onto by the castle. Head to Lindisfarne National Nature Reserve for some excellent walking trails and the opportunity to see lots of fascinating wildlife, while the market town of Alnwick is a short drive away, with its stunning castle, recognised by many as the set of Hogwarts in the Harry Potter film franchise, as well as incredible surrounding gardens you can spend the afternoon exploring. From here, you are within reach of the Northumberland National Park, along the England/Scotland border, where you can enjoy the fantastic scenery of Kielder Forest and hikes through the Cheviot Hills. 3 Kings Field is well-placed for discovering the incredible coast and countryside of Northumberland.
