Ocean Breeze is a detached property located on the edge of the village of Seahouses. The property has been finished to a high standard and has a coastal theme. The property is located next to the golf course and only a short walk to the beach. Ocean Breeze makes an excellent base from which to explore the miles of unspoilt beaches, Castles, Farne Islands and countryside that Northumberland has to offer. The village of Seahouses has a number of amenities including pubs, restaurants and supermarket. ACCOMMODATION Kitchen with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. Living room with TV feature fireplace (electric fire), and ample seating. Dining room with table and chairs and double doors to the rear garden. Utility with Washing machine and separate WC with basin. FIRST FLOOR Bedroom 1 with king-size bed, TV and en suite shower room with WC and basin. Bedroom 2 with king-size bed. Bedroom 3 with single bed. Bedroom 4 with single bed. Family bathroom with shower over bath, WC and basin OTHER FACILITIES Externally there is parking for 2 cars to the front of the property. To the rear there is an enclosed garden with a raised decked area with seating. All power, linen, towels and electric included in the rent. Oil fired central heating. Please note there is no access or use of the garage.

A bustling, pretty fishing village with an attractive harbour, situated on the beautiful Northumbrian coast in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Seahouses offers a variety of shops and a good selection of inns, pubs and eating places. Nearby are miles and miles of splendid sandy beaches and the opportunity to visit the bird sanctuary or seal colony on the famous Farne Islands with boat trips running daily from Seahouses, is not to be missed. There are numerous castles and great houses to explore, such as the magnificent castles at Bamburgh, Cragside, and Alnwick (home of the Duke of Northumberland), to mention just a few. Golf, fishing and riding are also available locally.
