"A wonderful cottage with marvellous views. Arrived here on a perfect summers evening to stunning views of Kielder water, with mirror image reflections of the sun, clouds and forest in the water. Roe deer have been out every evening, the birdlife is amazing and the unexpected highlight was the red squirrel on the patio. A wildlife enthusiasts paradise!"

"We've loved our few days here, what a beautiful location. We have enjoyed exploring this area and have made many memories. The cottage is lovely and we have loved being able to eat outside most days. Charlie (aged 3) has LOVED feeding and watching the birds, a real highlight. We can't wait to return soon!"

"Cottage is lovely - thank you. Beautifully done, well-equipped, perfect position - the summer house is bonus! What a lovely week, just going for short walks and escaping a rather stressful lockdown was brilliant and we can't wait to return soon. A big thank you to the owners"

"After the best experience last year, we had to come back! The cottage is so beautiful and cosy, we really feel at home here. Our dog Loki, felt at home straight away and remembered where we were. The views are perfection, if only we could wake up to them every day at home! There are so many walks and places to visit - we had something to do each day. We can't wait for a 3rd visit very soon. Thank you!"

"Lovely character cottage as described in brochure but was a bit misled about the busy road outside the front."

"Beautifully located, serene and comfortable. The wild life was a real pleasure - deer, foxes, an osprey and abundant small bird life. If the sky had actually been dark on the two nights without cloud cover, it would have been a superb location for the use of our telescope."
