“The Bungalow was lovely, comfortable, clean & with all the facilities we needed.”

Our big problem was the 1.6 mile track leading to the Bungalow. It is littered with potholes, covered in mud & loose tarmac chippings. The problem became horrendous when, following heavy rain, the track was completely flooded in large parts. It was impossible to avoid potholes because the track was like driving through a lake. I was genuinely concerned about my vehicle tyres & underside. I appreciate the owners are not responsible for the rain nor, perhaps, the upkeep of the track, but we should ...

I appreciate the owners are not responsible for the rain nor, perhaps, the upkeep of the track, but we should have been informed from the outset about the length & state of the track & the probability of it flooding after heavy rain. Had we been informed beforehand we would not have booked. Due to this issue we left early on Wednesday.
