On arrival, you draw into the parking area and step out to sweeping views across the rooftops of Spittal and towards the sea beyond, before pausing on the front patio where outdoor furniture creates a natural place to enjoy the shifting coastal light.

Entering through the front door, a central hallway introduces a thoughtfully renovated bungalow that feels bright, stylish, and carefully finished throughout.

Just off the hallway, the first king-size bedroom welcomes you with wooden flooring, sea-facing views, and a dressing table positioned for relaxed starts to the day as light reflects across the water outside.
