This issue was apparent elsewhere in the house, a deep clean is needed. The dining chairs are in a poor condition, basically starting to fall apart. This needs attention, for safety reasons if nothing else. Although it didn't impact us, the radiators in the living room urgently need securing. The wall brackets for them have been incorrectly fitted and they would come away from the wall easily.
