“Honeymug is an absolutely stunning cottage.”

We have stayed within the same complex before, but never in Honeymug. The house is large, clean, well equipped and fit for purpose. The beds are very comfortable, we slept really well. The facilities are great. We have stayed within the same complex before, but never in Honeymug. The house is large, clean, well equipped and fit for purpose. The beds are very comfortable, we slept really well. The facilities are great. We would've given Honeymug a 5 star rating without a doubt, however, as a customer, we had real problems with Sykes (re charging an extra £250 for the spa facilities....but this has now changed but to the original terms now I notice). Trying to contact Sykes to speak to someone to discuss the problem was near on impossible. This continued for approximately 5 weeks, very difficult to get a resolution, and really putting a downer prior to our holiday. I would certainly stay at Honeymug in the future, but I would never use Sykes as a customer in the future for sure.

Dear Debbie, Thank you for your feedback regarding our cottage and the facilities - it is much appreciated. As the owners, we are sorry to hear that you had issues with Sykes in the build-up to your holiday. As a result of issues like this, we have actually decided to part ways with them soon, so if you would like to return to Honeymug in future, you will be able to find it listed independently. We will endeavour to make your experience much more personal and attentive by handling your booking personally. Best Regards, Fraser and Becky (cottage owners) Property Owner
