It is tired inside. The kitchen sink drain smells and the tap gets water every where. There are cracks in the walls that need some TLC. The company that cleans the property needs to give it a good deep clean. There are cobwebs and spiders everywhere. In all the lamps, along the bottom of the kitchen cupboards and even inside the cupboards in the utility room. When we arrived the oven top was dirty and the oven knobs were so sticky they were stuck inside the oven. We had to give it a good clean ourselves. Give it a good deep clean and it would be perfect.

I’m sorry that the cottage was not as clean as it should have been, although it does not help you I have asked the cleaners to try and address the issues you raised while they are in today. If in future you were to visit again and anything was not as you would expect we would encourage you to contact Jill who looks after the cleaning and changeover on arrival and she will arrange for it to be sorted out promptly - her contact details are in the arrival pack on the table.
We have just decorated the outside and are planning some internal decoration over the coming winter so hopefully this will address the cracking.
