    “Lovely break at Dunes Cottage.”

    Ideal location through the dunes to the beach. Beautiful clean cottage, well stocked with all essential items included. Good location to travel to places of interest. Lovely local pubs and places to eat. Highly recommended as a dog friendly place to stay. Would definitely return .

Dunes Cottage is a beautiful detached property in a fantastic location backing onto the dunes in Beadnell and just a stones throw to the beautiful sandy beach.

Furnished and equipped to high standards, Dunes Cottage makes the perfect holiday base with outstanding walks and bird watching on the doorstep.

A gate from the garden leads up over the dunes to the beach and the Heritage Coast with its scenic sandy beaches and historic castles extends here for miles, north and south. ACCOMMODATION OVER ONE LEVEL (Ground) Entrance hall. Living room spacious open plan with open fire, TV, smart speaker and door to garden. Kitchen with hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and washing machine. Dining area. Bedroom 1 with double bed, wall mounted TV, en suite shower, WC and basin. Bedroom 2 with king size bed. Bedroom 3 with full size bunk beds. Bathroom with bath, over shower, WC and basin.

OTHER FACILITIES Enclosed lawn garden with patio area, BBQ, furniture and gate to dunes.

About the location

BEADNELL

Seahouses 1.5 miles; Bamburgh 5 miles.

This attractive and peaceful harbour village is situated beside one of the most beautiful stretches of Northumberland’s Heritage Coastline - Beadnell Bay. Established in Saxon times, Beadnell was once an important fishing village and a smuggler's haven. Nowadays, it is still a fishing village, but is equally popular with holidaymakers who come to enjoy its pretty harbour and, of course, the nearby sandy beaches. The village has a shop, two pubs and a café serving food. Popular Seahouses is just over a mile away and has shops, a supermarket and restaurants, and it also offers boat trips from the harbour to the magnificent Farne Islands - a haven for bird watchers. Bamburgh is close by, whilst the market town of Alnwick with its Castle and Gardens, shops, pubs and restaurants is a short drive away.
