Let us introduce to you Sarah, our fantastic Operations Manager (currently on maternity leave)

How long have you worked for Northumbria coast & Country Cottages?

Joined in Feb 22 so just coming up to a full year.

What do you love most about the Northumbria?

It’s a unknown Gem, which has everything to offer. I find something different every time I get out to explore Northumbria.

What do you do in your spare time?

Spend time with my Family and dogs exploring all the Northumberland has to offer.

Where is your favourite place to eat?

Carnaby’s Café at Brownieside – Fab breakfast and Lunch offer.

What is your favourite food?

Seafood- fresh from the boat!

What three words would you use to describe Northumbria Coast & Country Cottages?

Local, Knowledgeable and Friendly.

What would you say to someone who is thinking about holidaying in Northumbria?

One visit just isn’t enough to see and explore all the sites Northumberland has to offer!

Yes – and I am looking to book more in the future.

In your opinion, what is the most scenic spot in the area?

Top of Ross Castle, 360o views, can see 9  x Castles, Cheviot Hills and the Coast.

If someone is looking for an amazing holiday, what are the best activities to try in the area?

Walk the coastal path. History of the Castles. Explore the market towns of Morpeth, Alnwick and Berwick.
