This relaxed, well-presented home offers an easy-going base just a short wander from one of the most celebrated stretches of shoreline on the North East coast.

Step inside and you’ll find a bright open-plan living space that’s made for unwinding after salty-aired adventures.

The kitchen has everything you need for rustling up hearty breakfasts or simple suppers, while the dining table is the perfect spot to share plans, pour a glass of something at the end of the day, or debate whether tomorrow should be spent beachcombing or castle-hopping.

The sitting area invites you to stretch out in front of the Smart TV, making it a welcome haven after exploring the coast.

When it’s time to turn in, choose between a calming king-size bedroom or a cheerful bunk room, ideal for younger guests, both served by a sleek shower room.

Outside, the enclosed rear patio offers a quiet corner for coffee in the fresh sea air or alfresco evenings after a wander along the bay.

With a village shop, welcoming pub, and sweeping sands all within a comfortable stroll, the setting really couldn’t be more convenient.

There’s plenty to explore nearby, too.

Seahouses is easily reached and offers boat trips to the wildlife-rich Farne Islands, a paradise for birdwatchers and anyone hoping to spot puffins or seals.

About the location

BEADNELL

Seahouses 1.5 miles; Bamburgh 5 miles.

This attractive and peaceful harbour village is situated beside one of the most beautiful stretches of Northumberland’s Heritage Coastline - Beadnell Bay. Established in Saxon times, Beadnell was once an important fishing village and a smuggler's haven. Nowadays, it is still a fishing village, but is equally popular with holidaymakers who come to enjoy its pretty harbour and, of course, the nearby sandy beaches. The village has a shop, two pubs and a café serving food. Popular Seahouses is just over a mile away and has shops, a supermarket and restaurants, and it also offers boat trips from the harbour to the magnificent Farne Islands - a haven for bird watchers. Bamburgh is close by, whilst the market town of Alnwick with its Castle and Gardens, shops, pubs and restaurants is a short drive away.
