“Location was excellent, really near to the beach and pubs/restaurants.”
Parking was an issue as only one permit was provided and we had two cars so had to jiggle about to make it work.
There were a number of minor concerns with the property:
Bin not cleaned on arrival
No bin bags
Unable to watch TV as couldn't get it to work
Water dripping from boiler on to work surface
No knobs on toaster
Unable to close blinds on skylights
Lots of smelly bird poo in front garden
But overall it was a convenient and comfortable apartment in an excellent location.

Many thanks for your feedback.
We apologise for some of the inconveniences.
I checked the TV and as explained on the WhatsApp message, the aerial socket had been pulled out, hence why the TVs would not work.
I tested the electric deluxe blinds and they both work, you just needed to point the remote at each velux to operate.
The external household bins should have been emptied by the Council but their service can be inconsistent.
We will address the lack of bin liners, the water leak from the boiler, we appreciate your highlighting these.
We only offer one parking permit for the property, sorry about that.
