Upper Alnbank is a beautifully appointed, first-floor apartment in the popular village of Alnmouth it provides contemporary holiday accommodation with period features and luxury fixtures and fittings.

Feature window seats provide estuary views and the apartment is suitable all year round.

Only a 2 minute walk from the sandy beach, bay and estuary and all the village amenities. FIRST FLOOR Living/dining area open plan with flat screen TV/DVD and open to kitchen. Kitchen with large gas hob, double oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and breakfast bar. Bedroom 1 with double bed.

Bathroom with large shower, WC and basin. SECOND FLOOR Bedroom 2 with double bed.

Bedroom 3 with twin beds.

Bathroom with bath, shower enclosure, WC and basin. OTHER FACILITIES Gas central heating and under floor heating.

ALNMOUTH

Alnwick 4 miles.

Situated just 4 miles east of Alnwick, Alnmouth is a charming resort popular with golfers and those seeking a peaceful holiday. The village lies on a narrow spit of land between the River Aln and the North Sea and was originally the port for Alnwick. Nowadays the area has returned to its unspoilt origins and offers a good variety of shops, pubs and restaurants as well as an excellent “links” golf course and some great rivers for fishing, as well as boasting miles and miles of splendid beaches and sand dunes to explore which afford stunning views of the North Sea. A short drive will bring you to Alnwick with its famous historic castle, The Alnwick Garden housing the Poison Garden which runs guided tours through dangerous botanicals and a variety of pubs and restaurants. Alnmouth is well situated for exploring Northumberland.
