    “Dreadful communications.”

I could not get through to speak to anyone at agency. Very poor welcome from owner who eventually came and helped open the key safe. Attractive location and well decorated but second bedroom very tight for space

Thank you for your review on your stay at Viewpoint and I’m sorry that your communication with Sykes was unsatisfactory, I will have words with them about that. I object to, and disagree with your comments about a ‘very poor welcome from the owner’ My recollection of your arrival was that you came to the main house and asked for directions and parking arrangements which were politely and pleasantly given to you. A few minutes later you returned to say that you could not open the key safe and seemed quite irritated that you had tried 7 times without success. I then immediately came round to Viewpoint with you and opened the keysafe first time, Again my understanding is that I was pleasant and helpful on that occasion. I’m afraid that comments like that which are personal and blatantly untrue are quite upsetting and rare to the point that in 5 years of renting the opposite response has been the norm. Also I would point out that in all the time this property has been rented this is the first time that anyone has reported a problem with the keysafe access or the 2nd bedroom being too small. All things considered the problems you have highlighted seem to be mainly of your own making and you seem very difficult to please. Best regards Mr K. Oliver ( owner ) Property Owner
