Dirty areas and marks on walls, door frames and electric sockets, etc, damp patches in several places and kitchen cupboards taped over where edging come away (all need replacing). Floor lino in kitchen cracked and torn. Ceramic tiles in hallway in dangerous condition as bad open cracks. Some windows would not open at all and others only a few inches. Safety issue here. Floor lino in kitchen cracked and torn. Ceramic tiles in hallway in dangerous condition as bad open cracks. Some windows would not open at all and others only a few inches. Safety issue here. Another major problem is no proper packing. Only 5 spaces in cul de sac and 3 were permanently taken. (7 properties). No tea towels provided. Scanty supplies in cupboards. Half a dozen bent hangers in wardrobes.

The house is currently closed for refurbishment. New flooring in kitchen, bathroom, toilet and front and back entrances. Decorating also being done. There are parking places at the end of the cul de sac. Arranging a new parking space with dropped curb . Reopening last week of February.
