We did not receive email providing key details 24 hours in advance.
We’re locked out of appartment for over an hour. When we got inside place had not been cleaned. Beds had all been slept in etc. owner sent cleaner arrived after 7pm t o change bedding. She came back next day after 10.30 to clean place when we were out. Very unsatisfactory start to holiday. What went wrong ! No one has let us know.
