Beautiful cottage and very comfortable with everything we needed for our stay.

Loved the space and comfort in the master bedroom and slept well in the king--sized bed. Margaret was very welcoming and gave us some local tips of places worth visiting or eating out. The area is brilliant if you enjoy your Roman history but with Kielder Water nearby provides some great walks. Enjoyed visits to Corbridge and Hexham. Also really enjoyed our visits to The Sill and Wallington Hall and would recommend them. The only slight issue, beyond the owner's control, is the traffic noise which didn't spoil our stay, but might put others off. Definitely would recommend this property if visiting the area and we would hope to stay there again if we revisit. Thanks to Margaret and Robert.

Thought the accommodation was great, very clean, kitchen had everything we needed.

Only negative is that there is no garden as such,no privacy,no grass just gravel,no view except an old run down barn!! Might be situated on a farm but you wouldn't know it, maybe the campers have the views...
