It was a lovely property with everything we needed for a week long holiday.

Tucked away in Amble in a quiet area of the town, with takeaways and food shops within an easy walk. Amble was a great location for our day trips to castles and harbours along the coast and the cottage, a cosy place to return to for the evening. Something broke whilst we were there, and after a message to the property contact it was responded to very quickly. I would recommend the property as a great base for a holiday in the area, with Bamburgh, Warkworth, Alnwick, Lindisfarne and SeaHouses all within driving distance. The on street parking was easy to find esch day as the street was not too busy.

We really enjoyed our three night stay at 23 Northumbria Terrace.

Everything we could possibly need was provided and it was clean and welcoming. Amble and the surrounding area has plenty of places to visit, we have yet to find a bad beach in Northumberland it’s well worth a visit.

Great cottage in a perfect location for the town and surrounding area, very comfortable and well equipped.

A couple of small points that need attention are the rug in the lounge which needs a non slip mat under it as it is a bit of a hazard on the hard floor and there was a small gap in the hedge to the right of the front door which our small terrier found straight away and was in next doors garden like a shot, we blocked this with a flower pot so wasn't an issue. Apart from that, faultless!! Make sure you visit Bamburgh and the many stunning beaches in this beautiful part of the country.
