“We have stayed at this property for 5 years now it just feels like year on year this has been neglected a little.”
Gradually it has just become fairly run down, the beds are very uncomfortable and have left myself and my partner with bad back pain coming home, which we actually left early due to this. The flooring needs replacing, the windows don't all work/are broken, the door keys are all bent with some broken, there is mould on the door and the second bedroom and the general condition of the building has just been let to run out, from lamps broken to lights and wires dangling under cupboards.
In all honesty we are very sad to leave this as again we have been here for years and had some lovely memories including myself and my husband getting engaged here. It really is a special place to us.
We have booked another property for next year and really hope you put some money in to the property to bring it back up to the original condition we found it in.
