Margret made us very welcome with recommendations. The cottage is immaculate with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The walk from the doorstep to the waterfall is stunning. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful week staying in Linn Cottage and exploring the surrounding area.

The cottage is lovely, it far exceeded our expectations and was really comfortable and spotlessly clean. If you like walking and exploring then you cannot go wrong staying here. We looked forward to returning to the cottage each day and had lovely weather so we enjoyed sitting in the beautiful garden. There is a designated parking space in the farmyard across the road. Bellingham is a great base with shops, tea shops and pubs. We easily filled our week visiting National Trust properties Wallington and Cragside and walking sections of Hadrians wall. Margaret the owner made us feel so welcome. I would thoroughly recommend the cottage and the area and encourage anyone who isn’t sure to just book it- you won’t regret it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Linn Cottage, which is ideally situated for access to the Northumberland countryside, the local shops, pubs, cafes and and a nearby restaurant.

A cosy welcoming cottage in a great location.

One of the best we have ever stayed in. Close to Hadrian's Wall, Keilder Water and the Scottish Boarders. Roomy accommodation, beautifully decorated, well equipped. Plenty of good places to eat and drink on the doorstep. We particularly enjoyed the conservatory and the logburner. Many thanks to owner Margaret for a fantastic week's stay.

Lynn cottage has a quiet quality feel about it.

Two good sized bedrooms, excellent shower, comfortable furniture, well appointed kitchen and lovely conservatory. All immaculate and situated just off the main street in Bellingham with amenities on the doorstep. Margaret, the charming owner has thought of everything necessary for her guests to enjoy the property and the magnificent surrounding countryside..

Lovely place to stay, very clean and comfortable, everything you would need, host Margaret greeted us on our first day and made sure we had everything we wanted.

Good location for visiting the wonderful sites that Northumberland has to offer, lots to do within walking distance.looking forward to coming back again soon.

Wow wow wow!

A truly outstanding holiday cottage, we were the first guests to stay there, and it certainly set the bar high. We have stayed in the other cottage on the farm previously, however this cottage is every bit as nice. The fixture and fittings are amazing throughout, and everything feels first class. The kitchen is beautiful and exceptionall well equipped, making it a pleasure to cook in. The cosy living room with a wood burner ie perfect for relaxingafter a day out, and the conservatory overlooking the garden is a lovely space that will be absolutley sunning in the spring. The location is ideal, with great walks right on the doorstep, and the nearby village and tap room are well worth a visit. A wonderful place to stay. We wouldn't hesitate to return.
