Some oil- filled radiators were in place seemingly from a central store and the gas radiators were not working, and no heat in the bathroom . As the weather cooled mid week we explored the boiler controls to find it had been set to hot water only. It was easy to change to get proper heat, including the bathroom.
2 out of 3 light bulbs in one bedroom were not working and no spares could be found. One toilet roll for a week seemed mean
