    “Fantastic property very clean and well equipped .”

    We have stayed previously at nearby properties . lovely and light and well designed Loads of crockery, a few kitchen essentials missing, grater, scissors, larger serving/ stirring spoons and spatulas . lots of other stuff available Vacuum cleaner was broken, sorry usually we vacuum before we leave . Non recycling waste bin was full presumably had not been put out for collection the previous week, maybe needs checking at the end of each week as this was very full and smelly, not good Would ...

We had to play hunt the instructions . This would mean that for example bin collection days are highlighted. No inventory means you cant check what's supposed to be there window cleaners appeared without notice one day, maybe emphasis they should speak to anyone in the property / ring the bell if someone is there not just let themselves in at the back and start work frankly that was not polite overall a brilliant stay and the above did not distract from an amazing property

The property

The Beach House is a stunning property bathed in light, with bay windows providing access to the sea. A multitude of seating areas offering a cosy place to unwind, while the conservatory area adjacent to the living room provides an idyllic space to soak up the views. Luxury is truly achieved in the bedrooms, with large windows allowing a picturesque view of the sea from the comfort of your bed. The kitchen continues to open up the space, with the breakfast bar and dining room giving places to socialise while cooking in a beautiful modern space. The Beach House lives up to its name by providing a coastal retreat where the striking location can be enjoyed from all aspects of the house. ACCOMMODATION: GROUND FLOOR: Entrance hall and downstairs WC. Living room with 2 three-seater sofas, TV and 3 steps up to a conservatory area with views over the estuary. Kitchen-diner with fridge freezer, gas hob, dishwasher, breakfast bar and dining table with 6 chairs. Second conservatory acting as a boot room with seating. FIRST FLOOR: (SINGLE STEP UP ONTO EACH SIDE OF THE LANDING) Master bedroom with king-size bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bay window with views over the estuary and en suite with shower cubicle, hand basin and WC. Bedroom 2 with twin beds and wardrobe. Bedroom 3 with twin beds, wardrobe and WC. Main bathroom with bath, enclosed shower, basin and WC. OTHER FACILITIES Patio and furniture over looking the estuary. Gas central heating. All domestic power, linen and towels included in rent. Private parking for 1 car.

Situated just 4 miles east of Alnwick, Alnmouth is a charming resort popular with golfers and those seeking a peaceful holiday. The village lies on a narrow spit of land between the River Aln and the North Sea and was originally the port for Alnwick. Nowadays the area has returned to its unspoilt origins and offers a good variety of shops, pubs and restaurants as well as an excellent “links” golf course and some great rivers for fishing, as well as boasting miles and miles of splendid beaches and sand dunes to explore which afford stunning views of the North Sea. A short drive will bring you to Alnwick with its famous historic castle, The Alnwick Garden housing the Poison Garden which runs guided tours through dangerous botanicals and a variety of pubs and restaurants. Alnmouth is well situated for exploring Northumberland.
