Great property.

Perfect for our family of 4! Easily walkable to Amble town centre and then beyond that the beach. Perfectly placed for lots of day trips. All the little extra touches were great.

Beautiful terraced house.

Great location. Steep stairs. Everything you need. Information left by owners was very useful. Locals are very friendly. Get out and explore the beautiful scenery and fabulous history on the door step.

Lovely cosy terraced house.

Had everything you needed plus more. It was well maintained and clean. The bed and sofas were comfortable. The location was a little disappointing, it was a fair distance from the harbour area, where there are some great restaurants. It doesn’t really cater for dogs, so take everything they will need with you. They can’t really use the outside space either as they aren’t permitted to urinate there, almost an impossible task if they go outside.

We had a really lovely stay at pebble cove!

It was beautifully clean. It had all the facilities we needed for the week and was comfortable. I liked the nice touches like dog water bowl, walking books. Parking was really easy directly outside too. There was grass near the house to take the dog to the loo so that was no issue. Thanks for a lovely stay

This was our 3rd time at this property .

First visiting in 2022 . Great location Modern comfortable property . Lovely clean kitchen and comfortable beds A welcome gift of wine dog biscuits coffee tea We love it here and still enjoyed our stay despite the following Beginning to look at bit tired in parts . Woodwork hallway entrance ,window seals garden furniture and shower door . Some of the above are possibly a cleaning issue attention to detail . We always take our dogs due to the high walled safe yard .There is a sign to say that not to let your dog unirate in the yard. So you have the inconvenience of having to take your dog out onto to the pavement outside . Something to consider when booking . We always wash down and clean after our dogs anyway . Overall we had a great stay

A really well presented property in a really good location to explore Amble and the area.

Some really nice touches from the owners and it was very clean and tidy. Parking right outside the door as well. Look forward to staying again!

Pebble cove despite being a street house in the town it was so quiet and peaceful and the cottage itself was lovely The owners had had thought of everything it was clean and comfortable and one of the best we have stayed in.

The owners had left plenty of books jigsaws games videos and even an X box for entertainment It was our first visit to Northumberland but the scenery was stunning and plenty of beaches for our two dogs I would recommend pebble cove as a lovely holiday home to anyone as it is central as a base near to many great places to visit We can wait to come back to pebble cove for a second visit

Pebble Cove is a clean, comfortable end terrace house, just a 5 minute walk to Amble where there are an abundance of shops, pubs and restaurants, plus lots of lovely walks.

We spent the New Year at Pebble Cove, the owner had left a welcome pack and the xmas decorations were up so it felt very cosy and festive. Plenty of kitchen items should you choose to eat in. Lots of storage upstairs, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The bed was very comfortable, always a plus.

Pebble Cottage was great, in a super location and very well equipped.

The only reason it didn't get 5 stars was the dirty tissues and dog biscuits found down the side of the bed! Otherwise, everything else excellent.

A lovely home from home place to stay with all facilities required for a comfortable stay.

A little walk into town and the seafront but not too far. Good bus service if you choose not to drive anywhere, good pub within a short distance.

Pebble Cove is probably the best property we have stayed in.

The location was great, it was so clean and spacious, the kitchen was well equipped with everything you could possibly need, the most comfortable beds we’ve ever had and the bathroom/ shower was lovely hot and powerful. Couldn’t ask for a nicer place to stay Glynis

A lovely property in great location

Very well eqipped, clean and comfortable accommodation.

Good location for the town and amenities. On street parking was difficult a couple of times. The only other issue was it is let as dog friendly accommodation but there is a sign requesting you do not let your dog urinate in the yard which is not very practical. There is a hose connected so it would make more sense to ask you wash away any accidents. The local people were very friendly and helpful. The dog received lots of fuss and attention. Overall we had an enjoyable stay.

Loved having the bath. Great to soak after the coastal walks.

Great location, superbly equipped, nicely decorated, lovely and warm.

Can see the stairs being a bit tricky for some, being made at the time of smaller treads, but we soon became accustomed. A really nice touch are the welcome gifts, which my wife particularly loved being a rosé/blush drinker. A very nice property and we’d happily stay in it again.

A great place to stay in a great location within easy walking distance of shops, pubs, restaurants and the harbour area.

Everything we needed was in Pebble Cove from the moment we opened the door. Highly recommended, and we’ve booked again for later in the year.

Lovely cottage.

Main bedroom bed is against the wall which was ok as I was on my own. Very comfy beds. Short walk from centre. Ideal base.

An absolute gem of a place.

Quite spacious for a terraced house and very well equipped. Only a 10 minute walk to the harbour at Amble. On the Sunday there was a market on the harbour with plenty of food stalls got some fantastic scotch pies. The weather was quite cold but the house was warm and accommodating. Will definitely think about coming back again.

Just back from a lovely week at pebble cove, fabulous cottage everything you need, nice little touches for us and pooch on arrival, quiet area close to high street, parking no problem.

We where lucky perfect weather for late October, Amble is perfect base for exploring Northumberland..

The property was a home from home and it was very clean and had everything we needed for our weeks stay.

It is very well located for all the amenities that Amble has to offer and is situated in a quiet end of terrace property. It had a handy hosepipe in the small back yard for cleaning the sandy dogs down after a day on the beach. The welcome gifts for us and the dogs was a nice touch and tea and coffee was available for us on arrival, we would definitely recommend this property to others and would not hesitate to book this property again if we visited Amble

Lovely end terrace house.

Very comfortable lounge and beds. Nice little courtyard if you’re lucky enough to get some sunshine. Fully equipped and good communication with the owner. Hassle free parking outside the house. Amble is lovely and a great base for exploring the area.

Beautifully presented home.

Excellent position for walking into town and for travelling around the area. Quiet position. Parking no problem. Everything we needed included. Good literature about the area. Nothing to complain about.

The house was exactly as described and depicted, roomy and homely, plenty of room to stretch out for us and our dog.

We felt dogs were genuinely welcome ( bowls & blankets & treats provided). The main bedroom was spacious and bed was comfortable, the bathroom a nice size. Everything we needed was provided. We would recommend this property.

Nice and clean well styled, every thing you needed in terms of kitchen utensils and very comfortable beds. Has a lovely holiday with my granddaughter. Picked this property as close to amenities and the places we wanted to visit. Did not disapoint ive used Sykes for 5 years now for holidays properties always as advertised easy to book, and plenty of updates from sykes ref your booking.

Lovely place, very clean, close to the pub and take out.

Walking distance to the Docs. Great seafood. Sadly there is no view, the stairs are quite narrow so be careful. And more cutlery would be wonderful. It has pretty much what you need, including dog bed and some blankets. I am a good place to stay.

What a lovely, welcoming holiday home.

Little touches like the wine and chilled glasses in the fridge on arrival, and a bag of doggie treats were most appreciated! The linens were of excellent quality, it was like home from home. Cosy, comfortable and well furnished. We would definitely recommend this property. It is a short walk to the main high street, marina and beach.

They also went out of their way to make fur babies welcome.

Absolutely beautiful home for our short stay was in the perfect area for us to go out socialising over the New Year and for us to go walking bus stop 30mt away from front door.

The house is very well maintained with plenty kitchen utensils and good range of crockery and pans. The dog blankets, towel and mats were a lovely touch. Would highly recommend Pebble Cove

Pebble Cove is a superbly presented holiday home with everything you need as a great base for a break on the Northumberland coast.

I have to say that I had high expectations based upon the photos and description plus having read the reviews, but those expectations were exceeded. High quality furnishings and appliances, comfortable bed, good shower, lovely welcome pack including wine and ground coffee , very easy parking right outside front door, quiet neighbourhood, easy walk to Amble(10 mins to harbour which has good eating places . No hesitation in recommending and we are certain to return.

The property was clean, comfortable with everything you needed. I will definitely recommend Pebble Cove to friends and family. Very dog friendly too and the treats were an added bonus. We will definitely come back.

What a fabulous property !

All mod cons - good wifi , big smart tv , washer / dryer / dishwasher / fridge/ oven/ bbq amongst others .Very tastefully decorated and in a good location for access to the town or roads leading to days out at the fabulous beaches or castles and some excellent pubs in Warkworth . The property was very clean and had plenty of space for a family of four with dogs in tow . Absolutely loved it and highly recommend it ( very rarely leave reviews but this is an well deserved exception !) .

The house was spotless on arrival and we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was, plenty big enough for a family of four and a dog.

Amble itself is a fantastic place to stay for exploring the beautiful Northumberland coastline with all its expansive beaches and castles. Great places to eat and drink within a 10-minute walk including the working fishing harbour plus supermarkets etc. We all loved our stay, including two very hard-to-please teenagers, and would recommend it to anyone wishing to visit the area. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay during a very cold and wet August!

We have 2 small children (3 and 1) there was a problem with the high chair that was immediately rectified and there was a stair gate put up for us on arrival. We were always able to park outside and the property was very very clean. The cot provided is a travel cot that is more suitable for a small baby FYI incase people thought would contain a toddler. A very quick walk to Amble harbour, clean and lovely and warm. Thanks very much!

A beautifully presented house in a great location.

The owners had thought of everything and the information booklet provided was very comprehensive.

Fabulous holiday home, maybe bedside table and/or chair for clothes in main bedroom.

Every thought gone into to making it good for holiday makers and their dog. Would recommend.

Comfortable, everything works as it should, beach towels came in handy, nice touch. Milk and wine in the fridge on arrival after a taxing journey, nice touch. Bedding change after 7 days again nice touch especially in view of the hot weather. These people really know what they're doing. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Short walk to town, a great takeaway (Gills) and super pub. Wellwood arms (Sunday lunch was fab) we'll be back.

An excellent property.

Well placd for walking to local amenities and easy to walk to bus stops with great hourly connections to Berwick-upon-Tweed and Newcastle and all places in between. Especially good for OAP's with bus passes! Even better, buses run until midnight so easy to get to pubs and restaurants in close by Warkworth and Alnmouth.

Loved the house.

Well equipped and homely. Don't have children but lots provided for entertainment. Had one slight issue but Leighton arrived in 10 minutes and rectified it. Parking not a problem. One of my favourite wines already chilled in the fridge and treats for my dog. Fab. Would recommend and would stay again.

Handy to walk into Amble & the park just down the road and the Marina were excellent for our Border Collie Lenny who never moved in the evening as he was tired out - this is a very unusual thing for him!! Druridge Bay Country Park & beach were excellent too

Just returned from a week at the beautiful Pebble Cove.

A lovely house, bigger than expected and the backyard is a bonus. Decorated and furnished to a high spec. Spotlessly clean. A real home from home. Equipped with everything we needed and more. This will be the first of many trips to Northumberland and there’s no doubt we’ll be returning to Amble and a Pebble Cove. Great communication from Lisa. Thank you both for letting out this property

This is such a wonderful property.

All the amenities required for a week away. It felt like home away from home too. Me my partner and 2 dogs were comfortable from the minute we arrived until the minute we left. We already want to come back! Thank you for such a pleasant stay x

Had a lovely relaxing stay at Pebble Cove.

Short walk to Amble pier front (about 20 minutes). Pebble cove is situated ideally for exploring the majority of tourist places of Northumberland. Home was clean and tidy and well presented with everything you could possibly need for your stay. We would recommend Pebble cove as a good base. Parking outside on the street, not a problem and always managed to park right outside the front door. Just to bear in mind that the stairs to the bedrooms and bathroom are quite steep, which may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Lovely little cottage .

Very clean and well equipped and dog friendly . Outdoor back yard well presented and pretty. . 10 minute walk to the main centre . Ideally located. Owners easy to contact and very friendly. Stairs very steep if you have mobility issues . Fridge is small with a small ice box - would have preferred a larger fridge freezer but it did the job. Had a wonderful week as always at Amble. Unfortunately had to leave a day early due to a poorly relative . Hope to return soon to Pebble Cove, thanks for the wine and doggy treats x

Pebble Cove was everything and more than we expected from the description.

It was clean and comfortable and was equipped with everything you needed. The booking and communication was smooth and easy. No problems with parking. Would definitely recommend, and if I go back to Amble would stay again .

A clean, comfortable, very well equipped base for either a walking holiday on the coast or for a small family beach holiday.

Warm and snug. The owners had added some thoughtful touches and information. Very good for our dog with a useful back yard for washing down and easy maintain flooring downstairs. Easy parking outside.

Excellent property only criticism is shower over the bath and nowhere to put shower gel/soap etc other than that extremely well equipped and well located.

Facilities in cottage best I’ve seen from board games and walking maps to kitchen ware and baby stuff. Lovely and helpful owners too.

The cottage was close to the local amenities and the coast.

The cottage was beautifully decorated and furnished, comfy bed and everything you could want. It wasn't warm enough to sit outside but there was a BBQ and furniture for the summer months. The welcome items were a very nice touch, as were the games, toys and books for children. I couldn't fault it, so I will be going back!

The cottage was in easy walking distance of Amble.

Amble is a lovely small fishing village with plenty to do. Lovely walks restaurants and shops. The cottage was equipped with everything we needed. Excellent location for visiting the Northumbrian coast.

Pebble Cove is a bright purpose built holiday home in Amble.

The house is totally fit for purpose and we would certainly recommend.
