North Sands

A wonderful holiday cottage very tastefully decorated and furnished with everything you need both inside and out.

A lovely welcome pack for both us and our dog. Great communication with the owner. Within walking distance of the beaches and bars/eateries, all dog friendly. The perfect location for hours of beach/coastal walks in a beautiful part of Northumberland. Enjoyed every moment.

Fabulous bungalow, brilliant location to explore.

Beadnell has some lovely eateries. Bungalow well maintained and well equipped. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Welcome pack was such a lovely welcome to the bungalow. Hope to return next year

Exactly as listed and exactly what we needed. Some fantastic extras such as the welcome pack that just added to the overall experience. Certainly made a very good first impression. The location is great, with walks and the beach not far away. The village has a great community feel. The local shop sells almost everything, the Craster pub was buzzing and had live music on whilst we were there and the bus routes are frequent and serve most spots you would visit, meaning you don’t have to drive everywhere. Overall very pleased and would definitely recommend.

We had an amazing week at North Sands.

The bungalow was lovely and was spotless, bed and bedding was super comfy. The beach was so nice and we enjoyed spending time there with our little dog who loved it. Handy too for going to other places . We had a relaxing peaceful week just what we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful little cottage, so modern and tasteful.

Everything had been thought of for a lovely relaxing stay, whatever the weather. Lots of places to eat without having to drive if necessary and lovely walks on the doorstep whatever your level of mobility. Welcome pack very welcome. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Had a lovely stay at North Sands, very impressed with the whole process of booking through to leaving was seemless.

The owners were in touch with us and let us know that the cottage would be available a couple of hours early. Entry was perfect and there was a lovely surprise of a welcome pack with lots of goodies. Thankyou! Lots of lovely walks and beaches together with visits to Seahouses and Bamburgh. Would definitely recommend a stay at North Sands.

I spent a lovely week at North Sands with my French Bulldog.

The bungalow was very nicely presented and well equipped. Joanne, the owner, contacted me on checking in day to say I could access the property early which was much appreciated. She had also left a lovely welcome pack. My car was not even used during the week as walks on beautiful Beadnell beach and around the village were sufficient for us. Lovely relaxing week

North Sands provided the perfect base for spending time in Beadnell as this is the first time we have stayed in this village.

Thank you for the most generous welcome pack and well appointed bungalow. We enjoyed sitting in the garden which is a perfect sheltered spot. Thank you for your most speedy (2 hour) response in personally delivering our request for shower mats.

South Sands is a little gem.

A comfy, clean accommodation, with every thing you need The welcome box , fantastic , even treats for the dogs Minutes from the beach, and local shop Would definitely book again .

Just home from our third visit to this lovely cottage.

Felt at home as soon as we arrived. Facilities are very good, everything you need is in place. It’s very comfortable. Very nice welcome hamper, which was much appreciated.

Comfortable and very well-appointed property with lots of thoughtful touches.

The kitchen was one of the best equipped we have come across. It was also less than three minutes from the beach, perfect for dog walks. Owners helpful and responsive. Would definitely return.

A very well presented holiday accommodation with a keen eye for detail.

Everything we needed was provided in excellent condition and spotlessly clean. The welcome pack was exceptional and there were many additional extras rarely provided elsewhere which made us feel right at home. The location is brilliant for visiting the many attractions Northumberland has to offer. We will certainly be returning.

This is the second year I have stayed at North Sands and it is perfect.

Five minute walk from gorgeous beaches. The accommodation is modern, clean and the bed is so comfy. It has a smart TV and the kitchen is fully equipped; it even has an air fryer!! I would highly recommend

First impression was "Wow" what a lovely property inside and out.

That opinion didn't change as the house was spotlessly clean ,very well equipped and very comfortable throughout.

Bungalow small but ample space for both of us and our small dog. Kitchen well stocked, bed super comfy, towels beautifully fluffy, garden a lovely wee suntrap and an amazing welcome pack filled with lots of goodies.

Second time staying at the cottage albeit having undergone a change of ownership and again enjoyed a very comfortable stay.

Accommodation was clean and well stocked. The new exterior seating area a great improvement. The cottage is ideally situated for the coast and village amenities. Thank you for a lovely holiday, we hope to be back soon.
