“We loved our stay at Smugglers Cove 7 !”

It instantly felt like home from home, we looked forward to returning to get all cosy in the evenings. Everything you could possibly need is provided, and the little touches with the decor just made it feel so welcoming. We both said we could live there given half the chance ! The welcome tray was such a lovely surprise and Ted was very impressed with his treats as the doggies are usually forgotten about ! “We had a wonderful stay in this warm cosy little house.”

The only thing I found difficult were the overpowering scent sticks. The kitchen was extremely well equipped - even a mussel pot. The living room was lovely - full of light and the sun for most of the day. The beaches are spectacular. Beadnell and the surrounding area are a doggie paradise. I have never seen so many and so varied a collection.

It is fitted with high specification fixtures and fittings and has been tastefully furnished in a contemporary style making it the ideal base for a relaxing holiday on the beautiful Heritage Coast. It is situated opposite the famous St. Ebbas Church and a few minutes walk from all the amenities. Beautiful sandy beaches are just moments away offering great coastal walks. GROUND FLOOR Entrance hall. Living room with flat screen TV/DVD and French doors leading onto enclosed patio. Kitchen/dining room with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer and CD/radio. Cloakroom with WC and basin. FIRST FLOOR Bedroom 1 with double bed. Bedroom 2 with twin beds and flat screen TV. Bathroom with bath, over shower, WC and basin. OTHER FACILITIES Enclosed high walled patio with furniture. Gas central heating. About the location

BEADNELL

Seahouses 1.5 miles; Bamburgh 5 miles.

This attractive and peaceful harbour village is situated beside one of the most beautiful stretches of Northumberland’s Heritage Coastline - Beadnell Bay. Established in Saxon times, Beadnell was once an important fishing village and a smuggler's haven. Nowadays, it is still a fishing village, but is equally popular with holidaymakers who come to enjoy its pretty harbour and, of course, the nearby sandy beaches. The village has a shop, two pubs and a café serving food. Popular Seahouses is just over a mile away and has shops, a supermarket and restaurants, and it also offers boat trips from the harbour to the magnificent Farne Islands - a haven for bird watchers. Bamburgh is close by, whilst the market town of Alnwick with its Castle and Gardens, shops, pubs and restaurants is a short drive away.
