    “Perfect in every aspect!”

    ! Especially good for capacity number of people of different families - i.e. extended family members or friends, with the accommodation having 4 bedroom and 3 bathrooms, which has suited us perfectly over the past 12 years that we've been coming to Tree Corner, as an annual meeting place for our widespread family and friends! It was our first year back this year, after a three year break due to personal circumstances, which made us realise how perfect it is for us, and noted a few mainly ...

Especially good for capacity number of people of different families - i.e. extended family members or friends, with the accommodation having 4 bedroom and 3 bathrooms, which has suited us perfectly over the past 12 years that we've been coming to Tree Corner, as an annual meeting place for our widespread family and friends! It was our first year back this year, after a three year break due to personal circumstances, which made us realise how perfect it is for us, and noted a few mainly aesthetic changes and upgrades/replacements to equipment, etc, and the beautifully done new slabbed/paved patio to the rear, replacing the original decking - much more practical and cleaner looking - showing the owner's care and attention to detail. We're already looking at dates for next year, as has proved in previous years, with the popularity of the place, you need to book early!!

Tree Corner is set in the heart of the coastal village of Beadnell.

It is a semi-detached property tucked away in a peaceful cul-de-sac with large enclosed gardens.

It is beautifully coordinated and immaculately presented throughout with many up to date features including WiFi and BT Vision.

A small sandy bay with rocky outcrops is close by and leads to a long sandy beach that stretches to Seahouses, a few miles north. GROUND FLOOR Living/dining room and kitchen with open plan large flat screen TV/DVD Blu-ray/BT Vision, electric oven with induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, small bench top freezer, washing machine and French doors onto garden. Wet room with shower, WC and basin. Bedroom 1 with single bed. FIRST FLOOR Bedroom 2 with single bed.

Bedroom 3 with double bed and TV. Bedroom 4 with king size bed, TV, en suite shower, WC and basin. Bathroom with bath, shower enclosure, WC and basin.

About the location

BEADNELL

Seahouses 1.5 miles; Bamburgh 5 miles.

This attractive and peaceful harbour village is situated beside one of the most beautiful stretches of Northumberland’s Heritage Coastline - Beadnell Bay. Established in Saxon times, Beadnell was once an important fishing village and a smuggler's haven. Nowadays, it is still a fishing village, but is equally popular with holidaymakers who come to enjoy its pretty harbour and, of course, the nearby sandy beaches. The village has a shop, two pubs and a café serving food. Popular Seahouses is just over a mile away and has shops, a supermarket and restaurants, and it also offers boat trips from the harbour to the magnificent Farne Islands - a haven for bird watchers. Bamburgh is close by, whilst the market town of Alnwick with its Castle and Gardens, shops, pubs and restaurants is a short drive away.
