Good bedrooms, spacious kitchen and dining area, spacious lounge, large garden with table and chairs and BBQ and good parking. Property is about 2 miles north of Bamburgh and 15mins walk to nearest part of Budle Bay which when visited, maybe high tide, had a narrow shingle beach. We used the huge Bamburgh beach and Beadnell Bay. Plenty of shops in Seahouses and a superb butcher in Bamburgh. We were surprised as had seen an earlier similar comment to find the freezer frozen up and unusable on arrival. We defrosted it that evening and it showed no signs of repeating over the week we were there. The dishwasher lower tray plate supports also collapsed which was difficult, the fridge light went off, one wall cupboard opening mechanism is faulty, a clothes drying hangar catches were broken so not usable and we reported these to Sykes and the Cleaners. We also bought and left a Cafetiere as existing broken, an induction frying pan as 3 there either not induction or lost non stick, and a spatula/egglifter. Such items could easily be missed by cleaners if guests don't report or replace to help.
