“Perfect place for a family group holiday, every thing thought of, catered for and provided.”

“Absolutely beautiful cottage.”

This cottage couldn't have given us anymore than the owners have provided, we have just come back from Muscle Sholes from a week away with friends, the fishing harbour is literally a 2 minute walk away from the front door, lots of local pubs and shops to explore. This is a great location for the beach which stretches for miles and is only a 10 minute walk away. Anyone that chooses to stay here will not be disappointed we certainly weren't

“We found the property to be as we hoped for and the gifts left were lovely.”

The location is superb with easy walking distance to Restaurants, Town, Harbour and beach walks. The kitchen/dining area is brilliant, but the seating for relaxing in the lounge was a bit of a struggle for 4 adults and 2 children. It is only a minor issue as there are enough seats but not positioned well if you want to watch TV in the evening. (for anyone thinking just move the seats, it is not possible due to design} Everything else was brilliant and the amount of crockery was unbelievable,,,,in a good way (lots of it) We would like to thank the owners as it does appear that they have thought out well what is required for their guests. We had a lovely week. Thank You

“Another fab stay at muscle shoals, they had literally thought of everything you might need.”

Beautiful house in a beautiful location. Will defo be back. Only issues we had were the upstairs toilet seat was broken and kept coming off and also the king Suze bed had not been made into a twin as requested. All in all a lovely weekend away!

“The house was beautiful and comfortable and had all the facilities.”

We did find that the loo seat was broken on arrival and the microwave stopped working , these were reported but unfortunately no one came to fix them whilst we were there. Lovely area to explore and we have booked again for next year .

“A wonderful cottage, perfectly situated in the older part of Seahouses which means it is close enough to the facilities - two minutes stroll to the harbour - and far enough away to be completely peaceful.”

The cottage itself is beautifully kitted out to a very high standard. The garden is a glorious little suntrap. I honestly can't fault any of it one bit. The highest recommendation I can give is that we will be rebooking as we loved it so much

“We stayed in the cottage for a week, it’s vary spacious and modern with comfortable beds and a secure back garden which our dog loved.”

The location is brilliant within walking distance of the harbour and shops. Lots of nice walks to do locally. The kitchen has everything you need but lacks utensils for dishing out a meal, loved the utility room! Very nice welcome pack on arrival too. We visited; Bamburgh Castle, National trust Craigside house, Holy Island with Billyshields boat trips and Alnwick gardens. Watching the sunset from the harbour is lovely too.

“Lovely stay but would suggest lighter weight duvets for the summer months.”

Also tap over basin in main bathroom needs attention. Reported issue with patio doors so I’m sure that will be addressed.

“What a beautiful cottage, spotlessly clean with lovely comfortable furnishings.”

Very spacious and a great garden for the dogs too. Really well equipped, the owners have thought of everything. In a very central location but very quiet and peaceful at the same time. The boot room is great for storing shoes and bags and great that it has access from the street so you can offload everything without traipsing through the rest of the house first, couldn’t fault any aspect of it, a very lucky find, thank you.

“We had the best week at Muscle Shoals.”

A lovely, warm and comfortable property with interesting decor details. Ideally placed for visiting e.g. Bamburgh, Beadnell, Low Newton-by-the-Sea, Alnwick, Craster (crab sandwiches!) and Holy Island. We recommend just around the corner The Black Swan for food, cocktails and atmosphere. 5-10 mins away for the Co-op and for takeaways -Indian Brasserie and Seahouses Chinese takeaway. Also ideally placed for the seafront 5 mins away. At night, walk along the front by the caravan park for some amazing views of the stars, simply breath taking. We certainly recommend this property and would stay again.

“One of the loveliest properties we’ve ever stayed in.”

Good facilities and very comfortable beds. Plenty of room to spend time together or separately if wanting quiet time to read etc. Very close to both amenities in Seahouses and beautiful walks along the glorious beaches. Will definitely come again.

“A beautiful cottage in the heart of Seahouses!”

We absolutely loved our stay here, the cottage had everything we required for a short family break. It is beautifully decorated and very well thought out to create a cosy and relaxing stay. Great garden area which was fab for the dogs and will be great in the summer months. We definitely recommend and can’t wait to go back!

“This is a really lovely property and felt like the pictures didn't do it justice.”

“Beautiful cottage.”

Every thing you would need for a self catering break. The owners have definitely given a lot of thought into the decoration and comfort to make a very welcoming cottage. We were a three generation family and we all had plenty of room to spread around. The kitchen was well laid out for ease of use. Beds very comfortable. Couldn’t fault anything . “A wonderful property with lots of character without being cluttered.”

Very clean with everything we needed for our stay. Great location in seahouses. Great place to stay with the dog, having a utility to make sure he was clean before going in the house was a bonus. Would definately stay again.
