In our opinion, both mattresses need replacing because they were so uncomfortable eg. one felt as if you were laid in a hollow and the other, lopsided as if you could fall out. In addition, you can hear the noise from the neighbours and their dog in the apartment above "the little boathouse". Their footsteps, opening drawers, etc. Not their fault just inadequate insulation. Otherwise, we could have coped with the limited size of the property but after a lovely long walk along the beach each day, you need a good night's sleep. First visit to Seahouses and will come back but sadly, not to this property even though it was such good value.
