Kitchen/dining area with fully fitted Kitchen, range style cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, wine cooler and adequate seating for 10 people in front of a real open fire.
Front living room with outstanding views of the beach, sea and the castle, open fire and TV/DVD, I-pod dock and Sony music system.
Rear living room with large log burner and double doors to the rear garden.
Utility room with WC, basin and washer/drier.
FIRST FLOOR
Bedroom 1 with king-size bed, sea view, dressing area and en suite shower room.
Bedroom 2 with two single beds.
Bedroom 3 with double bed and sea views.
Family bathroom with bath, shower WC and basin.
SECOND FLOOR
Bedroom 4 with king-size bed and sea views.
Bedroom 5 with two single beds and sea views.
Family shower room - Jack 'n' Jill with shower, WC and basin.
OTHER FACILITIES
Externally there is a large enclosed rear garden with seating, Barbecue and plenty of privacy. To the front there is a garden area and private parking for two cars. All power, linen, towels, starter fuel (November - Easter) included in the rent. Regret no pets. £250 refundable security deposit required.

The property was excellent for a multi generation family holiday.
Plenty of living space and a good configuration of bedrooms. The house felt comfortable and welcoming. The location was good for trips off and we enjoyed being able to walk down to the beautiful beach at Embleton. Any queries we had were dealt with satisfactorily and promptly. Definitely recommended.
A beautiful and comfortable house for a large party.
We came 10 years ago so came back again. Very clean and super location near the beach. On the downside I was surprised that there was no soap or shower gel in the bathrooms and only 1 toilet roll in each one so we had to buy these. There was no oven glove. My young grandson didn’t realise the ball hanging near the stove was made of glass and he by mistake broke a little bit of glass off the side of the left one. I’m very sorry about this.
A very spacious well-furnished property in a wonderful location.
Fantastic views from virtually every room. A short walk from the village shop and pub and another short walk to the beach and the catering facilities of the local golf club (open to the public). Within a short driving distance of attractions such as the local beaches, the Farne Islands boat trips (from Seahouses), Alnwick castle and gardens and many more. Our second visit to this area did not disappoint and the house is one of the best we have stayed in over several years.
