    “Great accommodation as have stayed previously and already booked for next year.”

    A little attention to more detail is required , More mugs are needed as only 6 left and more teaspoons could be helpful. The dishwasher is difficult to close and has damaged the cupboards to each side of it. Some deep cleaning would enhance the property like cleaning seals around the showers and the windows, scuffed paintwork etc inside but this does not detract from the overall experience. Remote control for TV is temperamental and might just need new batteries. Pillows in main room could be ...

Viewpoint - located in an enviable position at Foxton on the outskirts of Alnmouth; and as the name describes, is an outstanding property with uninterrupted views overlooking the coast and Foxton Golf Club to one side and the breathtaking River Aln on the other. You will find the first floor of the property takes advantage of those stunning views with light and spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen areas - the perfect spot to see the beautiful Northumbrian sunrises and sunsets. On the ground floor of the cottage there are two spacious bedrooms, each benefitting from their own en-suite bathrooms - ideal for a family or couples holidaying together. Bedroom 1 with zip and link super King size bed or two single beds, wardrobe and TV with en suite bathroom with shower over the bath, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. Bedroom 2 with two single beds, hanging space and TV with en suite shower room with shower, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. Storage cupboard under the stairs. FIRST FLOOR Open plan Kitchen / dining / Lounge. Kitchen area with induction hob, electric oven, dish washer, fridge, freezer and microwave. Dining table and chairs for 6 guests. Lounge area with sofa and easy chairs, nest of tables, large TV and Juliet balcony with views over the golf course towards the sea. Utility room with washing machine.

ALNMOUTH

Alnwick 4 miles.

Situated just 4 miles east of Alnwick, Alnmouth is a charming resort popular with golfers and those seeking a peaceful holiday. The village lies on a narrow spit of land between the River Aln and the North Sea and was originally the port for Alnwick. Nowadays the area has returned to its unspoilt origins and offers a good variety of shops, pubs and restaurants as well as an excellent “links” golf course and some great rivers for fishing, as well as boasting miles and miles of splendid beaches and sand dunes to explore which afford stunning views of the North Sea. A short drive will bring you to Alnwick with its famous historic castle, The Alnwick Garden housing the Poison Garden which runs guided tours through dangerous botanicals and a variety of pubs and restaurants. Alnmouth is well situated for exploring Northumberland.
