Description
Jackdaw is part of the Heather House development at Budle Bay. It is one of three properties finished to a high standard with top of the range fixtures and fittings, unspoilt views of Budle Bay over to Holy Island and an infra-red sauna. Jackdaw gives all types of holiday makers a true experience of the North Northumberland coast line in very comfortable surroundings.
GROUND FLOOR Open plan living/dining/kitchen area with access to patio and garden. Living area with wood burning stove, flat screen TV/DVD, iPod dock and doors to garden. Dining area with table and chairs. Kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Bedroom 1 with king size bed and en suite shower, WC and basin. Separate WC and basin.
FIRST FLOOR Bedroom 2 with king size bed and en suite shower, WC, basin and balcony with seating overlooking the bay. Bedroom 3 with twin beds and en suite shower, WC and basin. Sauna.
OTHER FACILITIES Patio area at the front with seating. Patio area to the rear with seating leading to private lawn area and onto the communal paddock. Oil central heating. All power, starter fuel for fire, bed linen and towels included in rent. Private parking. Please bring your own dressing gowns and slippers for sauna.
Beau Monde Leisure Spa Free one hour swim or gym passes up to the occupancy of the cottage. Beau Monde also has a beauty and hair salon all cottage guests receive 5% discount on hair and beauty treatments on production of their key fobs (excluding products). Note: Hot Tub to hire 6 nights £220, 4 nights £180, 3 nights £150.

This was our second visit to Jackdaw.
It is set in a great location, with beautiful views and access to the beach or coast path to Bamburgh. Three comfortable bedrooms fitted our party of old friends and the shared areas worked well. Would definitely come back again.

The cottage was lovely. Thank you for the welcome pack, very thoughtful. The views from the cottage are stunning and it's really peaceful. The location is fantastic, beautiful walk into Bamburgh. The only thing we all agreed on(the only negative) the beds were not comfortable, could do with new, thicker matresses. We would highly recommend Jackdaw and would definitely return.
We had a wonderful week staying at Jackdaw.
Loved being able to open the patio doors and hear the sea. It was great being able to get to the coastal path by walking through the gate at the bottom of the garden. The garden was fully enclosed, even to my escape artist of a dog. The welcome box for us and another for the dog was a lovely touch. I’ve stayed in a number of holiday cottages over the years but this could be the best!
