Had a wonderful stay, cottage was very comfortable, clean and well maintained, however our only comment would be the fridge - it was not possible to store milk or bottles in the door as they fell out on opening - meaning we had several milk leaks in the fridge.

Very comfortable property in good location.

A minor point was that the television was not a “smart’ tv and we were unable to access Netflix. It was also a bit erratic to control.

Nice location & comfortable bed.

Well stocked for self catering however as we paid extra for the hot tub we would have expected at least a little privacy! Totally exposed to the road people toileting their dogs as you go to & from the back of property! No cover so if it rains not ideal for use which at £40 a dip is not great! No dressing gowns or mat for when you come back in property! We went straight to health spa on arrival & no availability for the whole of our stay so this should be mentioned as pre booking is needed! We enjoyed our stay which was to go walking but the property was over priced for what we got

Generally a very nice property and we had a lovely time.

Although you may want to take account of the following (intended helpful) comments: - All three toilets struggled to flush correctly - The duvet on the superking bed was too higher tog rating (15t) for summer - Cleanliness on arrival was OK but not great and we felt we had to clean a few things before using. - The property is in need of some TLC with decor looking a little tired

We had a wonderful time staying here.

It felt like you had thought of everything. The welcome box was perfect, the beds were comfortable, the cottage was really clean and the kitchen had all the equipment we needed. It was really peaceful. A free pass for the spa and the pub being so close were the icing on the cake. Thank you!

Fabulous location.

Large, dog friendly cottage with great outside space safe for children and dogs. The cottage requires a paint refresh. But the super king bed and ensuite power shower were great. Floorboards a little squeaky and slightly uneven underfoot but expected with this being a barn conversion. Highly recommend and would definitely return. Apple Inn well worth a visit, cater for allergies and only a stones throw from the cottage.

Everything about Bullfinch cottage was brilliant only niggle was the creaky floor and doors but it’s only a minor niggle not a complaint I would definitely highly recommend this property or any of the properties on this site in Lucker

A well pointed property in a safe area for children.

It is of a modern high standard yet retains character and charm. Well located to visit many attractions.

Bullfinch was an excellent and spacious accommodation with great facilities both inside and out.

Very clean and beds were comfortable.

Super property in a lovely rural location with easy access to Alnwick and the beautiful Northumberland coast.

A well equipped cottage with plenty of indoor and outdoor space-the communal garden was great for our grandson. The Easter hamper was an additional lovely surprise.

Comfortable and clean accommodation.

Quiet location but in walking distance to local restaurant, pub and health spa. Four miles to the coast at Bamburgh.

The property is a good size for a large family group with all modern amenities to hand, including Wi-Fi and TVs in all bedrooms.

The cottage is part of a small group of rental properties but has its own private space. Locally the cottage is serviced by a very good pizza restaurant and separate village pub. Bamburgh and the sea are both only ten minutes drive.

Really well equipped and spacious.
