A lovely dog friendly cottage, with secure gardens.

Millstone caters for 6 people with all you need for a countryside stay. Warm and cosy feel as you enter. A perfect location for visiting the coastline, castles and even Scotland. Bonus to this cottage was that The Apple Inn was next door! We also were given an hours free swim at Beau Monde Salon Spa in the village. Perfect!

I highly recommend a stay at this wonderful cottage.

Clean , very comfortable beds, 3 good sized bathrooms . Kitchen well equipped. Great if you are a dog owner as the garden is safe for them to roam freely . Lucker is a very quiet village so you are not disturbed by passing traffic . Would definitely book again.

A super cottage which catered ideally for six adults.

It's also set in a tranquil village next door to the local pub which served great food would certainly book again

We loved Millstone.

The property was perfect for our requirements with three generations. Nice grass area for grandkids and grandparents to play skittles, nice quiet area which was well maintained and kept and a great short distance to the beach at Banburgh and seahouses. Perfect for what we wanted. Thank you.

The cottage was very spacious, perfect for our family with teens as plenty of room to make sure we weren’t on top of each other.

Generally well equipped but some pans need replacing. Very clean, great location for exploring the Northumberland coast.

A very comfortable property, spacious and well equipped.

We were 4 adults but equipped for 6 and easily enough space for six. The wood burner starter kit is a nice touch as the building is grade 2 listed so can feel a little cold upstairs when it has been empty through the day. Quickly warmed up with a tweak to the heating or using the log burner. Driveway spacious easily fits 2-3 cars which is a bonus with such a large property. We had some mis-communication regarding use of out door plug so it would be useful if this was on the information sheet inside the property. Maintenance also needs to access the garden area regularly to water the plants of the buildings in the surrounding area, it would have been polite to know this to avoid us being concerned that someone was accessing the outdoor space with not so kind intent. Overall though great property in a lovely location with a super pub next door.

Water laying in fridge compartment.

Drainage hole iced up. Seats on dining chairs not fixed. Shaving mirrors not working in two ensuites. No 13 amp plugs for hair dryers near mirrors. Electric radiator not working in main bedroom/north end. No heated towel rail or facilities for towels in twin room. Picnic table in poor repair. Would not book this property again.

Location exceptionnelle.

La disposition des pièces peut surprendre avec les chambres au rez-de-chaussée et les pièces à vivre à l'étage mais permet de garder une température plus fraîche dans les chambres.

We had a lovely stay.

Beds comfy. Place clean. A welcome pack would have been nice, considering nearest shops were 4+ miles away, just something to tide us over til morning [small milk, bread, butter] and we couldn't get in until 4pm- bit late Also description said plenty of space for children to run around- was only a small yard

A lovely, well equipped property.

There was only four of us, but even with six there would have been plenty of space. Beds were huge (super-kings) and very comfortable. We would definitely book again.

Enjoyed the house but thought it late to get in (waste of a day) at 4pm as other rentals we've been to entry has anything between 12noon and 2pm Fridge was too small for 6 people as were kitchen facilties.

..equipment was basic and not as well equipped as some other houses we've rented The wide bed which was 2 singles together was somewhat hard and would have benefitted from a proper mattress topper rather than a mattress cover The welcome pack was very nice and lounge area and eating area were good....you may need to look at the table as it was a bit wobbly

Excellent property in the small village of Lucker, conveniently located next to the Apple Inn and School House - both excellent for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Easy to get to (5 minutes from A1) and handy for all local attractions. Property was spacious with everything you need for a comfortable stay - a welcome pack was provided with basics to get you going complete with bottle of wine! Everywhere was spotlessly clean and in good order, an ideal property for a family stay or group of friends. Highly recommended.

A very nice roomy property which we stayed at with two friends and two dogs.

Very good position with the benefit of being able to walk to a nice Pizzeria and leisure facility with lovely pool and beauty treatments. Close to Bamburgh and not too far from various other places - worth a visit to Berwick, Alnwick, and Holy Island.

Millstone is a first class property which is extremely well appointed, warm and cosy.

It's location in the village of Lucker has very good and the pub next door.
