“We were informed late on Friday there was a problem with our booking for next day in Northumbria.”
Only after lots of phone calls on late Friday and up to 10.30 on the Saturday did this get resolved so we were very concerned with zero explanation why there was any problem. We were eventually allocated a different cottage which was not comfortable and we left early on Wednesday when our booking departure was scheduled for Saturday March 16. There was also a constant exhaust fume smell in the lounge which was sickly.
