The kitchen was very well equipped but I felt it was let down, a bit, by the "generic" welcome pack from Out of Eden. A pint of milk in the fridge, some Northumbrian tea/coffee and a packet of local biscuits would be much nicer. Can definitely recommend the Mason Arms for a pint and some good "pub grub" and the obligatory visit to Spurrelis in Amble for ice-cream :) Also discovered, this time, was the Drift Cafe in Cresswell and Brewis Beer in Amble (which does nice street food at the weekend) ...
