    View was amazing as were the facilities and cleanliness. Felt like home very quickly and a lovely welcome pack. Location to beach and a great restaurant were a bonus. Hot tub divine at the end of a long day.

Beach Cove View is an elegantly-styled, mid-terrace sea-front cottage situated within the bustling town of Newbiggin-by-the-Sea. This superb retreat has been designed to offer a relaxing break for a family looking to explore the Northumberland coast and all of the wonderful attractions this area has to offer. After taking in the breath-taking coastal views and catching a glimpse of the town’s famous Couple Statue, be welcomed into the spacious sitting/dining room, where you can look forward to spending relaxing evenings in with your loved ones. Choose to curl up in front of the gas fire and select your favourite film on the TV with Sky Q or enjoy panoramic views of the sea, or gather your loved ones around the formal dining table to share your holiday stories over a well-deserved bottle of wine. Beyond here is the contemporary kitchen which houses all the essentials to cater for yourself during a week-long stay, including a washing machine and a dishwasher for your convenience. As the evening draws to a close, venture up the staircase to find three bedrooms, comprising two double bedrooms and a single bedroom. Each bedroom has been beautifully arranged with carefully selected furnishings, a neutral colour palette and a TV, ensuring a tranquil stay for the whole family. Also on this floor is a well-presented shower room, with a brushed brass shower and charming nautical touches to quietly reflect the coastal surroundings. During the summer months, soak up the sun at the sandy beach or head to the golf course which is nestled just yards away from the sea. Get up early to catch a glimpse of the dolphins that frequent Newbiggin Bay. For those feeling active, venture a little further afield to Hadrian's Wall or to Alnwick Castle to discover Northumberland’s interesting history. Newbiggin-by-the-Sea is a small coastal town in Northumberland. The town has a selection of shops and pubs, as well as a beach. Northumberland itself is a heady combination of fishing villages, market towns, sandy beaches, magnificent castles and historic Hadrian’s Wall, tied together by beautiful countryside and abundant wildlife. 3.3 miles away is the large town of Ashington and within reach is Stakeford, which overlooks the River Wansbeck. Nine miles away is the location of the delightful market town of Morpeth which is situated centrally in Northumberland and offers the remains of an historic castle, lovely parks, riverside walks, ancient architecture and churches and an old chantry with a bagpipe museum. Newbiggin-by-the-Sea is a lovely base for whatever you decide to see and so during your Northumberland getaway.
