    “Absolutely beautiful location, and really well appointed cottage.”

    Everything you need and a complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch. For me, however, I found the bed far too firm. Almost hard. I guess this may suit some people but I think an optional memory foam topper would easily solve this. I used one of their cuddly fleece blankets on top of the bottom sheet which helped, marginally, but it really needs a topper (or a new mattress). I also found the chairs/sofa in the lounge not very comfortable. It's OK for a few minutes but an evening of tv ...

I did wonder if it was just me, but my friend who was with me also struggled to get comfortable. I really don't want to put anyone off going as it really is a lovely place (and the photo doesn't really do it justice!) but if those items could be addressed it would make it so much better. Just one other minor thing, the wardrobe doors make a lot of noise when opening and closing, which might disturb anyone still in bed if their partner was an early riser.

The property
