“The cottage was in s great location & very nice.”
The reason for only 1 star is the heating or hot water didn't come on during our stay, this meant we left a day early as no hot water or heating.
In the house instructions book it advised heating comes on twice per day long enough to give you hot water through the day and night but this didn't happen.
The property maintenence came out and put the heating on but this was only for a short time & not long enough to heat the water.
The boiler needs upgrading for a property charging £200 per night.
Basically £300 per night as we had to come home early or face another night sitting with blankets wrapped round us & not hot water to wash dishes.
Heating & hot water are the minimum you expect
