Cuddy's Holm

Our fourth stay at Cuddy’s Holm (which says everything) perfect as ever.

The apartment is brilliantly equipped - we even found sellotape to make a cereal box projector for the eclipse! It’s immaculately clean, the most comfortable beds ever and a great location, nestled discreetly behind the harbour, away from the hustle & bustle but still only a few paces away from the idyllic view across to the Farnes and Bamburgh castle. A real treasure!

We loved our stay at cuddy's holm.

The location was fantastic my only quibble was no sea view but we were one minute away. It was well equipped, everything and more that you needed. Lovely and clean.

Our second visit to this lovely apartment in Seahouses!

! It has a perfect situation in the centre of everything!! The apartment has everything you need from your own parking space to beautiful bathrooms, nice kitchen with classy equipment, cosy bedrooms and comfortable lounge area!! I would recommend it to anybody!!

We have stayed several times in recent years in Cuddy holm, never disappoints a very high standard all round in this apartment with private undercover parking which is an added bonus to this excellent apartment ,would highly recommend

Cuddy's Holm is everything that you could wish for as holiday accommodation.

The apartment is exceptionally clean, incredibly well equipped and really comfortable. It is located centrally with everything literally on the doorstep, we couldn't have asked for anything more perfect. This was our first visit but we will certainly return soon.

An excellent comfortable apartment which is well equipped, beautifully decorated and maintained and in a great location.

I've given the accuracy of listing only 4 stars because Cuddy's Holm was better than description.

There were a lot of little touches that made our stay just that little bit better. The parking could be a bit tight if others parked in considerately. If it was windy the roof shaked and rattled. Causing quite a racket.

A lovely modern apartment with all facilities making a comfortable stay.

Very roomy quite spacious right in the heart of Seahouses would definitely stay again.

This was our fifth visit to this property which is always of an excellent standard; warm, clean, well equipped, comfortable and in a great position in Seahouses.

A great base for walking the coast which we repeat every time we visit.

We like this place so much we have just completed our tenth stay.

This visit there was a new kitchen, as we have come to expect with top quality finish and equipment. I appreciate the provision of a handrail in the step-in shower as it is a huge benefit for those of us with mobility issues, and also the provision of an extra key so no concerns about fiddling with key safe numbers or the last out forgetting to leave the key. The dedicated off-road parking provides security and convenience.

Just made our tenth visit to Cuddy’s Holm so obviously big fans!

Extremely well maintained - this time, a new kitchen . Top of the range white goods and gadgets. All the soft furnishings are good quality.The security of the handrail in the step-in shower is a huge benefit for those of us with some mobility issues. It is a bright, beautifully decorated flat. The second key is helpful. Dedicated parking is appreciated in a village where parking is tricky.

We have stayed in this property several times and every time there are tweaks and improvements.

It is a very comfortable flat with safe parking and a great location for exploring beautiful Northumberland

Cuddy's Holm is a delightful property well situated in the centre of Seahouses with its own parking.

The apartment is well furnished and very comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped. We have already stayed there four times and shall return in 2026 which confirms what a great place it is for a relaxing holiday.

Great place to have your base for exploring the area close to pubs shops restaurants and the beach .

This was our second visit to Cuddys Holm and it didn’t disappoint!

The location is amazing, right near to the sea, with everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The host goes out of their way to ensure that you are informed and has thought of everything to make the apartment a great holiday location. It’s a quiet apartment, offering a peaceful stay thank you so much for a well needed break to this beautiful part of the world.

An absolutely perfect apartment for your stay.

You couldn’t get much closer to everything you have on the doorstep. The apartment is clean and all your home comforts it is home from home. Loved having the balcony as we hit very lucky on the weather so used it more than we thought we would. The parking is great as under cover so car stayed cool when not needed. We will definitely be back and can only say thank you for such a lovely place to stay. One point the lift was out of use which was out of the owners control so we definitely got some exercise up and down the stairs. The good side we improved our fitness and it wasn’t a bother for us.

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment, it was ideally located and spotlessly clean.

The only thing that spoiled our stay was that the lift to the second floor failed in the middle of the week and was still not fixed by the time we left which resulted in my wife and I having to carry all our luggage down two flights of twisting stairs, not good.

Lovely hidden apartment in Seahouses.

Very secure and an ideal base for visiting the Farne Islands. Owner has maximised the living area and the kitchen is thoughtfully utilised. Thanks !

Beautifully presented property, great location with the added bonus of private parking.

The apartment is very comfortable with everything you need for a great holiday. Parking permit came in very useful also. It's like a home away from home we had a lovely time, Seahouses & Bamburgh are two of our favourite places & it was great to be able to spend time there with our grown up sons. Fab meals at The Potted Lobster & The Old Buoy Inn - would highly recommend.

Our week's stay in Cuddy's Holm was fabulous.

Well-located near Seahouses harbour (for Farne Island trips), secure allocated parking in the apartment compound (with parking permit available for a 2nd car in the car park opposite), scrupulously clean, kitchen small but well-planned and lacking nothing in equipment, comfortable beds and a library of useful local information. Located on 1st floor with lift up from the ground floor. Cuddy's Holm is centrally located for northern Northumberland. We will be back!

Beautiful property in a lovely location with good amenities in Seahouses and lots of walking sightseeing and trips in the surrounding area.

This is our seventh stay in two years so we obviously like it!

Spotless as usual. Always something new -this time an air fryer. Flat is decorated to a high standard. Bath sheets are generous size. Provision of a second key is very useful. Two bathrooms gives more privacy. One bathroom has a step-in shower. The handrail gives security to those of us not quite so able or steady. The lift is another advantage. To have a dedicated parking space in Seahouses is a big plus. The owner’s direct contact immediately prior to arrival is informative and appreciated.

This apartment is amazing, lovely decoration and fittings.

It's lovely and clean. I'm fussy with having a holiday property of my own in Cumbria. But I would say this is one of the nicest properties I've stayed at in, if not the best. The owner is so helpful and nice as well. Perfect place and we will definitely return.

We have stayed here 3 times now and every stay has seen some improvement or addition.

The location is excellent for visiting this coast and the availability of restaurants, cafes, pubs, just adds to the holiday. This is a perfect base, a real home from home.

Superb apartment-can’t fault anything.

Quality, luxury, excellent taste and a homely , welcoming ambience. Amazing holiday location with easy access to the surrounding area or plenty to do if you just want to walk out. 2 balconies—wow. Returning guests and would definitely return again. Tried other apartment in this complex but this one is the best.

This is our third visit to these apartments in 12 months,they are in the centre of sea houses so can just walk to shops and pub Leaving the car in secured parking.

Comfortable seating and everything you need

This is perhaps the nicest holiday rental I've stayed in.

It's immaculate, the feel and look of the apartment is just gorgeous. The apartment is central but quiet, parking so easy, it all felt very safe and secure. I only marked it down a point in comfort because the mattresses were very soft and my old back didn't cope too well, which is obviously very subjective and wouldn't want it to put anyone else off! Communication with the owner was first class. Imcsnt recommend this apartment highly enough.

Everything in the property was of high quality and there was plenty of equipment.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the position of the apartment was very central in Seahouses within a very short distance of all amenities. The secure parking was very welcome.

A gem of a property, great location, peaceful and very well equipped, with literally everything that was needed during our stay.

Loved this place so much that I have rebooked for next year, Northumberland is a fantastic location to explore and Seahouses is an ideal base with plenty to offer. The host informed us of all of the details that we needed to access the property and even provided a parking permit for pay and display car parks. The property had plenty to help keep us entertained if we needed it, was spotlessly clean and provided us with a restful week away. Looking forward to our next stay next year, thank you!

This apartment is the best apartment I have ever stopped in.

Position. Couldn't have been better right in the centre of Seahouses with parking brilliant. And two balconies facing the sun, and best equipped apartment again that I ever stopped on . It had absolutely everything. And we had a great holiday. Just spoiled slightly by poor weather on our last day

Another lovely week at Cuddy’s Holm, the parking permit for Northumberland car parks was brilliant as the bus service at present is very poor.

The apartment was spotlessly clean with everything to feel like a home from home. Beds really comfy and a spacious walk-in shower. Echo dot a bonus to make it easy to listen to radio or music of your choice. I would definately recommend a stay at Cuddy’s Holm.

An excellent position just by the harbour in Seahouses and for exploring the Northumberland coastline. Good communication from the owner on our arrival and departure. A very positive experience and we would definitely recommend this apartment.

The Viking is in the centre of the village with secure parking which is an added benefit. The apartment is well equipped and well maintained. It is very warm and comfortable - and very quiet which aids a good night's sleep after long walks on the beaches!

A beautiful, attractively decorated and very private property right by the harbour and centre of Seahouses but still very quiet.

Large comfortable beds, and a fantastic shower. There is a lift to the second floor which is great when moving in/out. A problem I had with a blocked sink was dealt with quickly and I was kept up to date on progress. Staff in the office were polite, friendly and helpful.

This is a lovely flat in the middle of Seahouses, so plenty of options for eating out or in.

Lots of opportunity to walk and explore this beautiful coast and area from a very relaxing base.

Excellent location, all facilities in easy walking distance, and the beach is not much further away.

It's a short stroll to the pier where you can take various boat trips. I cannot fault the thought put into the contents of this apartment. Decent knives, wooden spoons, a sieve, spare batteries - everything we needed was at hand. I was disappointed that the apartment itself did not have a sea view - but it didn't detract from the holiday and I would happily come back again.

This was our 3rd visit and we were really impressed to find that the bathrooms have been given a makeover - really nicely done. We like it here so much that we have already booked our stay for next year !!

Very cosy, bright and well-equipped apartment with the bonus of dedicated parking.

Decorated and fitted to a high standard. Found beds and sofas comfortable. It was suitable for all three generations of us. Two bathrooms was ideal. Provision of two keys is helpful. A handrail I the shower to help stepping up & down would greatly benefit those of us with some mobility issues. We already have another holiday booked here.

This was probably the accommodation that we have enjoyed most of all the holiday lets we have taken recently, and that includes quite a large selection.

Cuddy's Holm is really nicely designed and built - the first time we have stayed in an apartment we would be happy to live in! Quiet, warm, cosy and comfortable with a nice light and open feel. Also in a great location in a lovely part of the country - although it was low season, Seahouses was open for business and the weather was good enough to enjoy the fabulous beaches and countryside. You may ask, why would we not recommend - well, we wouldn't recommend anything to anyone - it doesn't seem a sensible thing to be doing.

This is a very comfortable flat and well placed in Seahouses.

The zip link bed would benefit from a mattress topper to even out the join, other than that everything really good. I think the bathrooms have had a recent upgrade and the second shower over the bath is a good idea.

We had a fabulous holiday in this beautiful apartment, had a little bother with a resident over parking before we even got in but was quickly rectified by Northumbria cottages.

Wished there had been a shower in the en-suite. We will be booking up again.

Loved absolutely everything about this property the owner has got it spot on - beautiful big comfortable beds, Smart TV's, well stocked kitchen with quality appliances and the heating system is perfectly controllable for keeping warm during a cold week of weather and the shower is probably the best we have ever come across -10 out of 10
