Only slight downside was the lack of parking at the house, but I suspect this is mot uncommon in the area because of the narrow streets and large number of visitors to the area. However, this was more than made up for by the provision of a parking permit for use in the big carpark in Seahouses as well as many other carparks in Northumberland, and we made good use of this during our visit.
