It suited the three of us two adults and one child well and the location excellent and views from upstairs are lovely . It would be small for 4 adults as the back bedroom is small for a double. It is well suited to a couple or 3 people in our opinion.
The property was clean enough but could have been cleaner there was a large hair plug in the sink in the bathroom and hair on the floor.
The kitchen table needs maintenance as it is wobbly/ on a lean.
The description of the back yard / seating area is not very accurate you are sat on the drive and by the bins which you would not choose to use. It would be better to make more of the front area but we were not sure if that was shared - better explanation of this would be good.
Overall a lovely location easy beach access and great for local area, good for parties of 2-3 people. Good stock of kitchen items etc.
