The location was perfect with lovely views and walks direct from house. It was very clean and the garden well maintained. Details should include that EV charging is via three pin plug. We had a lovely holiday and would love to come back..

What is now a major negative factor for us after all those years and one which will have a bearing upon future bookings is the ridiculously high cleaning levy imposed on such bookings. Such high charges in our opinion are aimed at generating additional operational profits and not an Insurance against negligent holidaymakers who leave lettings in poor condition.

“Another fantastic stay at Beach View.”

The house was extremely clean with lots of added extras. There is plenty of space for a family to spread out. I loved enjoying my morning cuppa in the sun room looking at the stunning view of the beach and Beadnell in the distance. We are already booked for next year which just shows how much we like the property.

“This was our fifth stay at Beach View, it always feels like home!”

The house is always clean and very well equipped having everything we need as a family. It is ideally positioned for amenities in Seahouses as well as walks to Bamburgh and Beadnell. The views from the house are amazing with sea views from most of the rooms. I’m sure we will be back!

“This is an excellent property - a home away from home which is well located with good views over the golf course to the Beach and looking towards Beadnell Bay.”

Seahouses is a great place, we enjoy it in Winter but have visited regularly over 40 years. The property offers excellent accomodation. We prefer modern properties with full services and Beach View does not disappoint. An easy walk into the centre with the Coop and other shops - plenty of excellent places to eat in the eveing and the great views - Harbour , the Farnes, Bamburgh etc. Lots to see and visit with Lindesfarne a short drive away and even a trip top Edinburgh or Newcastle easy by Car or Train. A great place to stay relax or more . We have been visiting for over 40 years and will continue.

A lovely beach view – across a field – from the spacious lounge & also the sunroom off the adjoining dining room (separated by glass double-doors.) Handy off-street parking; 5 minutes’ amble from the shops. Pleasant décor.

A bustling, pretty fishing village with an attractive harbour, situated on the beautiful Northumbrian coast in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Seahouses offers a variety of shops and a good selection of inns, pubs and eating places. Nearby are miles and miles of splendid sandy beaches and the opportunity to visit the bird sanctuary or seal colony on the famous Farne Islands with boat trips running daily from Seahouses, is not to be missed. There are numerous castles and great houses to explore, such as the magnificent castles at Bamburgh, Cragside, and Alnwick (home of the Duke of Northumberland), to mention just a few. Golf, fishing and riding are also available locally.
