Lovely house which is very well equipped.

Home from home. The shops harbour and places to eat are only 10 minutes walk from house. The views from the garden room are brilliant they look over Annstead beach and Beadnell. Have already booked again for next year.

We have stayed at Beach View for several years now and we are never disappointed.

The house is always spotless on arrival and the house has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. We never tire of the gorgeous sea views from the sun room and the living room, just stunning. Already booked for next year, can’t wait! Thank you for yet another fabulous holiday at Beach View.

We have just returned from another lovely stay in Seahouses.

This is our 8 or 9 stay in Northumberland and our third house in Kings Field. This was the best house of all. Very spacious. Lovely and clean. Comfy beds and well equipped kitchen. Nice size garden. It has a lovely sun room on the side with great views over the sea and golf course. Close walk into Seahouses and great walks across to the beach and along the cliff top. We loved watching sitting on the benches overlooking the harbour and seeing the boats come in. We also loved seeing the dogs being walked morning and evening in the field next to the house. Thank you for a great stay.

Just had another lovely week at Beach View, we have been coming for many years.

The house is clean, well equipped, in a good location and has the most amazing views! Seahouses is a perfect base to explore and enjoy Northumberland, I’m sure we will be back!

Another fabulous week at Beach View.

We have been visiting for several years and the accommodation seems to be modernised each year so it always feels fresh and new. The cleaning standards are exceptional and the cottage has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Great location within easy reach of so many amenities and some great walks. We'll be back!

The house has everything we needed and was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The views from the living room and sunroom are spectacular. I honestly can’t praise Beach View enough as it is such a fantastic property and the perfect base for exploring Northumberland’s spectacular coast.

Probably not for general, public consumption but first impressions - due to arriving at a really cold house - were not good at all.

I don’t know when the house was last used but it would have been really good on our arrival date to have had the heating on!

We have visited this house twice.

The layout suits us, it’s very clean and offers us everything we need for a comfortable week away.

Beautifully appointed holiday home with lovely views overlooking the beach.

House was clean and well equipped with a nice comfortable bed. The local area has all you need and there are lots of things to do and seek out in the wider area. Really a very pleasant place to visit. Two small matters however. Firstly the house was advertised as having an EV charging point. Although correct it should have also said it was a 3-pin socket and not the more standard Type 2. A visitor will need to bear this in mind as they might need an adapter to enable charging. Secondly it advertises Sky with a Smart TV. Both are a bit misleading. There is a Sky box but no package of any kind, just the freeview channels. Also the Smart TV is not connected to the internet so you can’t do anything with it, unless we have missed something. Overall however we would recommend and will likely go back to this house. A very enjoyable stay.

Beach View is a comfortable holiday home with all the necessary facilities including ample off-road parking.

It is located within a short walking distance from Seahouses town centre whilst being far enough away from busy traffic in the centre.

The views from the living room and sun room are just amazing. The house is spacious and always very clean on arrival. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided, we love this house. Thank you for yet another great holiday. Can’t wait to return next year.

The property was clean and in good condition.

This is our second stay and would recommend the house. The only thing I would mention is the curtains in the main bedroom needed some attention. Over all I would recommend this property.

What a lovely house with fabulous views!

We absolutely loved sitting in the sun room with views over to Beadnell Harbour! Lovely little garden as well. There was some confusion on the day of our arrival as there appears to be two number 63's on the same road name .. and of course, we got the wrong one to start with! Unfortunately no-one on the Sykes contact numbers answered my calls (or returned my voice mail calls) Thankfully we walked around and found the right number 63! What a relief! The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need (including a slow cooker!) Comfortable bedrooms with a great walk in shower off the master. Our only observation was for the exit to the garden via the dining room patio doors could be made easier with paving stones continued to the grass as opposed to uneven stones. Great property though .. I would highly recommend.

We have had a wonderful stay at Beach View from the moment we arrived.

It was a delightful home from home with the bonus of spectacular views. House well maintained and clean and tidy. Kitchen well equiped, spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. We enjoyed lovely walks and days out exploring then relaxed in the delightful sitting room and conservatory. Thank you.

A very comfortable and well situated let close to the sea and town centre.

We were generally pleased with our 2 visits. The only improvement would be the provision of appropriate garden furniture in the rear garden. A picnic table is not, in our opinion something to sit on, on a warm sunny day. Also sitting in the sun lounge is not very appropriate when the weather is good outside.

A return visit to Beach View after 6 years, still as lovely as ever, a very well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, everything clean and in good order, short stroll to the beach and a few minutes walk into Seahouses

Another lovely stay at Beach View, the house is clean, comfortable and well equipped.

Beach View is an ideal place for a quiet holiday but is still close to shops, places to eat and lovely beaches. You can see the sea from almost every room, the view from the sunroom and lounge towards Beadnell is fantastic. We will be back!

The property, its location, facilities and quality are without question some of the best we have experienced in our 38 years of holiday renting.

What is now a major negative factor for us after all those years and one which will have a bearing upon future bookings is the ridiculously high cleaning levy imposed on such bookings. Such high charges in our opinion are aimed at generating additional operational profits and not an Insurance against negligent holidaymakers who leave lettings in poor condition.

Another fantastic stay at Beach View.

The house was extremely clean with lots of added extras. There is plenty of space for a family to spread out. I loved enjoying my morning cuppa in the sun room looking at the stunning view of the beach and Beadnell in the distance. We are already booked for next year which just shows how much we like the property.

This was our fifth stay at Beach View, it always feels like home!

The house is always clean and very well equipped having everything we need as a family. It is ideally positioned for amenities in Seahouses as well as walks to Bamburgh and Beadnell. The views from the house are amazing with sea views from most of the rooms. I’m sure we will be back!

It was particularly comforting to be staying in Beach View when the weather was probably the most adverse we have encountered during our visits to Seahouses. We hope to be back next year.

We have stayed at this house 3-4 times before and so knew we would like it .

However, the bathrooms and carpets had been upgraded and so it was even better this year. We like the house itself and it's convenient location in Seahouses. We intend to return for another holiday!

A warm, roomy and well-appointed home, comfy & with a decent kitchen with a good cooker, plenty of pots & pans & plates, glasses & cutlery.

A lovely beach view – across a field – from the spacious lounge & also the sunroom off the adjoining dining room (separated by glass double-doors.) Handy off-street parking; 5 minutes’ amble from the shops. Pleasant décor.

This is an excellent property - a home away from home which is well located with good views over the golf course to the Beach and looking towards Beadnell Bay.

Seahouses is a great place, we enjoy it in Winter but have visited regularly over 40 years. The property offers excellent accomodation. We prefer modern properties with full services and Beach View does not disappoint. An easy walk into the centre with the Coop and other shops - plenty of excellent places to eat in the eveing and the great views - Harbour , the Farnes, Bamburgh etc. Lots to see and visit with Lindesfarne a short drive away and even a trip top Edinburgh or Newcastle easy by Car or Train. A great place to stay relax or more . We have been visiting for over 40 years and will continue.

We love Beach View!

This is our fourth visit and it feels just like home. It has everything we need as a family. Close enough to the centre of Seahouses for the shops and restaurants. While also in a lovely quiet spot with fantastic views. We will be back!

Excellent location with fantastic views in a warm, spacious and well equipped house on the edge of a busy little village.

Shops, and pubs all within a short walk and the coast path on the doorstep. A perfect getaway location.
