    “Great house - well equipped and comfortable.”

    Only tiny downside - showers not very powerful, but good and hot. Boot room much appreciated for cleaning walking gear. Enough space for people to cook, sit and eat comfortably: often the number of beds doesn't match this! Location great for joining coast path (easy walk into Alnmouth or bit further Warkworth) and less than ten minute walk to main line (east coast) railway station.

Garden House is an attractive and extremely spacious property situated just outside the coastal village of Alnmouth and has lovely sea views and provides excellent accommodation in this much sought after location on the Heritage Coast.

Alnmouth is approx. 1 mile away and there is also a remote beach nearby off the road to Warkworth.

This property is highly recommended for its lovely light, spacious and airy rooms, and good quality furnishings. GROUND FLOOR Living room with living flame electric fire and TV/DVD.

Dining room with table and chairs. Kitchen large farmhouse design with table and chairs, electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and TV/ DVD. Utility room large with washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. FIRST FLOOR Bedroom 1 with double bed and cot. Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds. Bedroom 3 with double and single bed. Bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, WC and basin.

ALNMOUTH

Alnwick 4 miles.

Situated just 4 miles east of Alnwick, Alnmouth is a charming resort popular with golfers and those seeking a peaceful holiday. The village lies on a narrow spit of land between the River Aln and the North Sea and was originally the port for Alnwick. Nowadays the area has returned to its unspoilt origins and offers a good variety of shops, pubs and restaurants as well as an excellent “links” golf course and some great rivers for fishing, as well as boasting miles and miles of splendid beaches and sand dunes to explore which afford stunning views of the North Sea. A short drive will bring you to Alnwick with its famous historic castle, The Alnwick Garden housing the Poison Garden which runs guided tours through dangerous botanicals and a variety of pubs and restaurants. Alnmouth is well situated for exploring Northumberland.
