How can I reset my password for my account?
If you are having trouble accessing your account, you can reset your password here.
Alternatively, for easy access to your online account, please request a single use authorisation email here.
What if I have booked through a partner website?
If you have made a booking through VRBO or Expedia, you will automatically receive an 'account registration' email. This will enable you to create an account and manage your booking through our customer portal. This link expires 72 hours after it's sent.
If you have made a booking through Booking.com, you can use our OneLink to register onto our customer portal.
Once logged into our portal, you will be able to:
· Add or update party members
· Add pets to your booking
· Request a change of dates
· View directions to the property
· Access key collection and check in times for your stay
If you have made a booking through any other third-party site, unfortunately this access to the portal will not work, however please do reach out to us on our WhatsApp (+44 7412 448150) and one of our agents will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have.
I've booked through booking.com; how do I access the property?
Once your payment has been confirmed, your key collection code & arrival directions will be sent to you via email. Please note this is separate from any codes displayed in the Booking.com App.
We recommend taking a screenshot of your key collection code when you receive the email, as some properties are in rural area where signal can be limited.
You can also access your key collection code and directions at any time through registering your Booking.com details on our OneLink access portal.
